My fitness and new gadget
Eversince i started cycling and quit smoking. I found out that i'm really into fitness now.Woke up early in the morning every weekend just to have 20 laps of swimming or a long distance ride makes me feel fit and energetic day by day. My stamina has improved quite alot and my Blood pressure level now also has return to normal state compare to last previous lifestyles which i never had a workout on my daily life. I keep getting a high Blood pressure reading during that time and not to mention stress
Apart from that, i have lost 10kg now.Goshhh i never really monitor my starting weight when i first started cycling.. since i just cycle without caring how much i loose.I guess i'm in 110Kg when i first started and now im in 90s kg and still loosing.During the process, i started noticing some changes to myself my pants are getting loose now, ran out of holes at my belt(need to punch a new holes), old friends keep telling i look slim(pergh kembang hidung..), Stamina - 20 laps of swimming freestyles mode( non stop).
Gonna be married soon.. i'm planning to buy a watch for my hantaran.Nothing fancy just a simple watch.. Then suddenly my fiance suggested " Since you are into mountainbiking/sport why not go for a Sport watches like a Triathlon watches". I'm like.. whoaa.. wouldn't have tought of it.. Thanks honey for the support Love you dear.
So i decided to find a Heart rate monitor watch for my hantaran. Its good to have this device where i can monitor my time,my heart rate, calories burned, targetheart rate and occasionally use it to time cardio intervals. Its a cool gadget i can say and i guess i really would like to have one since im cycling to work where i can monitor my heart rate.
Did consult with my cycling buddy Azizan Fixie who also cycle to work daily since he was also using the heart rate monitor watch. He is using a Cateye HR20 model.During my survey to the local watch shop.. he kept texting me on what other models or brand to look for beside the Cateye model( Thanks buddy).

Malam tadi ada banyak cyclist kat Putrajaya. Kau tak join ke? One more thing, laluan yang diaorang lalu masa critical mass ni skateable tak? Maksud aku ada tak laluan yang tak sesuai guna skate mcm lalu lumpur ke, tangga ke. Pastu berapa km?
Kalau just around Putrajaya my friends and I nak tag along with the cyclist sepanjang jalanraya tu. Best jugak.
