Swine flu outbreak , Finally in Malaysia
After other countries been struggling with the outbreak, finally the swine flu has landed in Malaysia. Malaysia,Belgium and Peru report the first cases of swine flu(more story at thestar).
Ive been monitoring it for a while. Even in our dept also we have dedicated one LCD screen just to monitor the outbreak. you can do that by going to BBC news website where you can see the realtime map of the outbreak.

So guys.. be careful try to stay in good general health: Get plenty of sleep; be physically active; manage your stress; drink plenty of fluids; and eat nutritious food. Try to stay away from public place where there is a lot of people.Cinema, Jalan Tar or something.. Take care guys

Dah masuk memang confirm. Budak tu dah kena kuarantin dekat hospital sungai buloh.Even sapa2 yang naik flight with him hari tu semua kena panggil balik utk checkup.

mcm mana boleh terlepas 1 flight dari new york kat klia? diorang kata di pantau semua yg dari sana...biasa lah malaysian buat keje tangkap muat..skrg 197 org yg dlm flght tu dah terlepas keluar...mana nak carik???? semalam baru aku tgk astro about superflu..ngeri tgk virus ni merebak..tak mustahil separuh dari populasi dunia leh lenyap...beb...
